Over the past several years, our team has been dedicated to providing short-term rental hosts and property management groups with a seamless and cost-effective way to furnish their properties and create elevated experiences for their guests. Since our launch in 2020, we've seen tremendous growth, and we have all of you to thank for that. However, we know that our initial ordering platform left room for improvement. That's why, for the past nine months, we've been hard at work rebuilding our platform from the ground up — talking to our users, incorporating their feedback, and leaning into the expertise of our product and design leaders to create a game-changing experience.
